Spectra 8-bit racing is a game I worked on during my time as an intern at Gateway Interactive.
Being part of a very small indie team meant I had to quickly adjust to the different tasks that had to be done.
These ranged from creating art assets, designing and implementing UI, device optimization, stat tracking, gameplay scripting and so forth.
I gained a better understanding of UX design and mobile development as well as prioritizing tasks based on time and resources.
Spectra was part of Microsoft’s ID@Xbox presentation at GDC 2014 and playable on the show floor at E3 2014 and Gamescom 2014 on Xbox One.
